I am up to 12 cc's of breast milk per hour today! I am now weigh a whopping 5lbs 13 oz! My TPN is down to 6.6 cc's per hour. Last night I was allowed to do a non-nutritive feed with my mom (she pumps and then I can try and feed). I latched on like a pro. I root all the time, so the nurses said I wouldn't have a problem. The nurses love me. My dad walked in the room yesterday and they were holding me and taking pictures of me with the Polaroid camera. I am a ladies man.

Hey Ladies Man,
Way to go on the feedings and weight gain. We knew you could do it! Now you just need to get yourself home. We are going to have to have a talk with those nurses. Why with that warm, cozy room of yours and all of the attention you’re getting, we see why you’re not in any hurry to leave.

We are so happy that you have come so far in just a short of amount of time, You are a fighter and have a slew of family and people think that they are family, I being one of them, The 4 people I know with CF are 44, 24,25 &26 all are working. Each one of these guys have kept their
cats,owever I am sure each case is different

I just found your blog, thanks to mommy's friend Michelle - we both work with your mommy.
You are such a brave boy, and it sounds like you have been thru a lot in your short life, but are making great strides each day! There are lot of people out here rooting for you, mommy and daddy, we hope you get to go home soon.

I agree - you are most definitely a ladies man! Thanks so much for letting me come visit you this past weekend. It was great to meet you & I fully understand why the nurses love you so much! When you weren't napping you were a squirmy little worm and you were very alert. I told your mom and dad that you remind me of big black since you love to open one eye! Can't wait till I get to see you again! Keep growing!

How great! You are doing a wonderful job of getting bigger and becoming less and less like your daddy :) Sounds like you are being quite pampered and that you have many, many fans. By the time I get to meet you, you are going to be way bigger and much much stronger! Keep staying strong little man.
